Complete this form to become a new client at the St. Catharines Enterprise Centre (SCEC). *Form only needs to be completed once per year.
The St. Catharines Enterprise Centre (SCEC) provides services to businesses in the areas of St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln, West Lincoln, and Grimsby. If you are located elsewhere in the Niagara Region or outside the region, please visit Small Business Centres Ontario to find your closest small business centre: www.sbcontario.ca.

What It Means To Be A Client

The SCEC provides guidance, tools, and resources to support your business journey. Clients of the SCEC should be ready to take initiative and follow through to move forward. The SCEC supports your success, but you are responsible for achieving it.
SCEC commitment to you: confidentiality, clear and timely communication, practical feedback and relevant resources
Your commitment as a client: accountability for progress and timelines, setting clear goals, completing follow-up tasks independently, ownership of your business decisions.
To keep services free or low-cost, clients will be required to complete follow-up and progress surveys from the SCEC on an annual or semi-annual basis.

The Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade collects information from Small Business Centres to measure outcomes and improve programs.
How your information is used: The SCEC reports basic, non-confidential business information for program accountability. The SCEC does not share business plans, financial details, or any confidential communications.
Participation is voluntary but it does help demonstrate the impact of SCEC services and helps keep services free or low-cost.

The Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade asks for demographics for informational purposes and to improve service and program design.
This is voluntary, you can choose to decline in any category.
